Neus Mobile is a Telecom company based in Mexico and Hong Kong that specialises in developing M2M & IOT projects. They are currently working on launching Fenixm which is a new project tailored specially for big name brands, in order to build a direct communication with their most loyal customer base

I was in charge of the entire UX Research section. Boarding the entire filed and desk research, analysing the data, creating graphs and charts to have a visual understanding of the results, creating personas, SWOT analysis, Benchmarking and Positioning, not to mention other key things. By the end, I built a visually pleasing presentation, so that Neus Mobile could explain the Fenix project to their stake-holders and future clients

In order to get real results, I joined multiple groups and forums of people that consider themselves super-fans of specific brands. I chose to focus on football clubs and restaurant chains in order to complete my research, since in Mexico, there is a very strong community centred around these topics

I gathered a pool of 100 people in order to conduct my research. I sent out a survey I created and had them fill it out and send it my way. I also conducted a couple online interviews, in order to get to know the people more personally and have a better understanding of their wants and needs

Once I had all the necessary data, I began to build the presentation. I sticked to using an elegant colour palette which sticked to the already existing brand identity Neus Mobile already has. I used a presentation crafting website called Pitch, in order to help me create a visually attractive presentation that would engage the audience
