Brick Coliving offers a new approach to hospitality — combining the functionality of a hotel with the warmth and connection of a shared home.

Challenge

The main goal was to craft a digital experience that communicates the brand’s core values — community, comfort, and modern living — while providing an intuitive, responsive, and accessible platform where users can effortlessly explore accommodations, services, and shared spaces.

Research & Concept

The process began with in-depth research into the world of coliving and the lifestyle of its target audience — modern travelers, relocating professionals, digital nomads, and individuals seeking flexible living.
These insights informed both the structure and tone of the website, emphasizing the need to convey a strong sense of belonging, community, and the practical conveniences that make Brick Coliving a seamless, welcoming experience.

Design Direction

Pallete: A neutral color scheme brings calm and clarity to the user interface, while subtle warm accents add a sense of invitation and personality.
Typography: Strikes a balance between modernity and readability, the chosen fonts reinforcing the brand’s urban and approachable character.
Imagery: High-resolution lifestyle and interior photos were integrated to bring authenticity and emotional depth to the experience. These visuals are not just decorative — they serve as storytelling tools, helping users envision themselves as part of the Brick Coliving community.
Layout & Spacing: A modular grid and generous use of white space guide the user journey with ease, supporting both functional navigation and visual storytelling.

Information Architecture & Navigation

The site structure was designed to ensure smooth navigation and highlight key areas: accommodation types, common spaces, included services, and contact options. The layout is fully responsive and user-friendly, making it easy to explore on both mobile and desktop devices.

Content & User Experience

Content was written to be clear and friendly, speaking directly to a young, connected audience. The UX balances clarity with emotional storytelling, helping visitors feel the vibe of the space before they ever step inside.

Results

The final result is a website that not only presents Brick Coliving’s offering but invites users to imagine themselves living that experience. The combination of strategic design, relevant content, and seamless usability positions Brick Coliving as an innovative and desirable option in the shared hospitality market.
