Zenfesto SaaS Platform for Weddings and Events

Zenfesto is a live SaaS web app that replaces paper invitations and messy spreadsheets. Users create personalized event websites, collect RSVPs, manage guest lists and schedules, and track dietary requirements in one place.

I designed, built and launched Zenfesto entirely on my own: from the logo and brand identity to UX/UI design, frontend, backend, payments and hosting.

Brand and design: created the logo, visual identity, user flows, dashboards, schedule builder, menu customization and four themes (Default, Revival, Midnight, Spring Mood).

Frontend: built a responsive React interface for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Backend: developed the Laravel application with Inertia.js, secure data management and automated RSVP workflows.

Features: implemented automated multi-language translation for guests and hosts, and photo gallery uploads.

Payments and launch: integrated Stripe subscription billing, set up hosting and deployed the product to production.

Turn a multi-step event planning process (invitations, themes, RSVP tracking, multi-language support, scheduling) into a simple, elegant experience, and build the whole product from scratch as a scalable full-stack app.
