Objective:
This project aimed to generate leads for podcast guest appearances for my client. The leads were stored in Google Sheets for data entry, Google Search for initial research, Snov.io for lead research and prospecting, and Grammarly for copywriting assistance.
Project Steps:
Guest Profile:
Worked with my client to establish the criteria for the ideal podcast guest. This includes industry, Guest topic alignment, target audience alignment, etc.
Set up Google Sheets:
Created Google Sheets document to serve as my lead database.
Set up columns to capture relevant information such as contact name, email address, podcast name, website, social media profiles, etc.
Conducted Initial Research:
Use Google Search to identify potential podcasts that align with my client's target audience and industry.
Explored podcast directories, industry-specific websites, and social media platforms to discover relevant podcasts.
Utilize Snov.io for Lead Research:
Enter the podcast websites or names into Snov.io's Email Finder to collect leads and prospects.
Used the tool's search options and bulk search features to efficiently gather potential podcast hosts' or decision-makers' email addresses.
Enter Leads into Google Sheets:
Copied gathered lead information from Snov.io and pasted it into the appropriate columns in your Google Sheets document.
Ensure each entry includes the contact name, podcast name, email address, and relevant details.
