As the Product Designer, I was responsible for the complete UX and UI design of a mobile application that redefined how guests interact with resort services. The goal was to provide a fully contactless experience – from accessing the resort area and apartment to checking in/out and booking meals – all without the need to visit the reception.
My design approach focused on simplicity, clarity, and user autonomy. I created an intuitive interface that guides guests seamlessly through each step of their stay, reducing friction while maintaining a sense of premium hospitality. The app was designed to be optional, giving both guests and apartment owners the freedom to choose between a digital or traditional check-in experience.
