Glam Color Studio is a beauty salon in Colombia running appointments, inventory, and client communications manually. The owner was losing clients to no-shows, spending hours on WhatsApp answering the same questions, and had zero visibility into which services were actually profitable.

A complete automation ecosystem that runs the business 24/7 with minimal manual intervention.

Built a conversational bot that handles appointment booking, service inquiries, and follow-ups automatically. The bot captures client information, confirms appointments, and sends reminders to reduce no-shows. All conversations are logged and routed to the right team member.

Connected every touchpoint (appointments, services, products sold) into a centralized reporting system. The owner now sees daily revenue, service breakdown, and client retention metrics without opening a spreadsheet.

Designed multi-step workflows that trigger automatically: new client → welcome sequence → appointment reminder → post-visit follow-up → rebooking prompt. Each workflow runs independently and feeds data back into the reporting system.

Mapped the entire system architecture showing how WhatsApp, Make, Cloudflare Workers, and Google Sheets connect. This documentation makes the system maintainable and scalable as the business grows.
