Joe & Co. is a stylish café bar with a focus on serving drinks with health-conscious ingredients. It's located inside of Lola Lash Bar in Calgary, Canada.

The vision for Joe & Co. was clear, to create a brand identity that embodied wellness and style. The challenge was to create a brand identity that could:

Seamlessly integrate within the beauty lash bar environment while still standing out on its own.

Reflect the café’s focus on mindful living and health-driven ingredients, without losing the sense of style and sophistication.

Establish a design language that felt both welcoming for everyday visits and elevated enough to feel special.

From our very first chat to the final handoff, this project was guided by shared values of mindfulness, intentionality, and stylish simplicity. By blending health-conscious cues with chic café aesthetics, the brand reflects both the care behind the ingredients and the refined experience of enjoying them.

With a focus on health-conscious ingredients, seasonal drinks, and aesthetics, the brand delivers more than just coffee. It offers moments of calm and comfort.

I designed the Joe & Co. menus as a color-coded system that balances clarity with brand personality. Each menu uses clean typography and intentional spacing to feel modern, stylish, and easy to navigate, while the palettes subtly reinforce the café’s values of mindfulness, health, and playful sophistication.
