He developed the go-to-market strategy for Moniebook. This involves creating a comprehensive project plan, aligning key stakeholders such as sales and marketing, developing a pricing proposal, and conducting competitive analysis to position the Moniebook ERP effectively in the market.
He also conducted in-depth customer and market research through in-person on-ground research in Lagos, and online surveys and interviews to understand market trends and customer behavior. This discovery shaped the Moniebook product strategy and MVP scope.
Derrick owned Moniebook commercials by developing Moniebook's pricing strategy and financial forecasts. This was shaped by the feedback from the market pricing landscape and the customer's willingness to pay research.
He collaborated with the relevant stakeholders to develop the Moniebook branding approach. This involves creating product logo options and applications, a landing page, and a website that aligns with the product's vision and market positioning.
