As the lead product manager, Derrick led the product discovery, strategy development,, and roadmap execution of the Neo banking app which delivered the MVP within 9 months.
• He led a team of 3 engineers, and 1 QA to develop the mobile application using agile methodologies, leading to 5000 new users 2 weeks after launch.
• He also researched market opportunities to define and develop value propositions and identify product differentiation opportunities from the customer feedback received.
• To ensure ease of adoption of the neo-banking app, he led a focus group of 15 people to assess the product market fit, user acceptance testing, and beta launch
