alphin is a platform that assists local businesses in managing their advertising and social media branding campaigns. I developed an AI reply manager to respond to all reviews received on Google Maps, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and tone.
Why? Our users spent an average of 15 minutes responding to all their reviews, skipping over negative ones, and updating templates that required revisions, which was quite time-consuming. Customers tend to prefer businesses that respond to all reviews, as it demonstrates genuine care for their clients. This is why we focus on helping our clients enhance their credibility and build trust.
