Database Management Dashboard

This dashboard explores a modern approach to managing relational databases through a clean and visual-first interface. The design focuses on clarity, structure, and usability, allowing engineers to navigate interconnected data with more confidence and less friction. Each component—from the sidebar hierarchy to the ERD canvas and the live query console—works together to create a seamless data-management experience.

Traditional database tools often rely heavily on text-based interactions, making it difficult for engineers to quickly interpret table structures, relationship dependencies, and schema updates. Complex workflows, scattered tools, and limited visualization options can slow down development teams and increase the chance of mistakes, especially when working with multi-table systems.

In the After version, separating the console and the results allows users to immediately recognize where they are and what they’re looking at. This lowers cognitive strain and supports smoother workflow navigation.
