Creating a visual concept of the interface for mock interviews for Eastern European market

Designing a service that enables booking sessions with mentors for technical mock interviews addressing a gap in the Eastern European markets.

Specific problems the startup aimed to solve:

preparing specialists for client or company interviews

providing experienced mentors with ability to earn more through teaching others

teaching employees of the outsourcing / outstaffing companies unfamiliar technologies to land the client

Collaborated with stakeholders to understand the unique needs of the target market from an engineers’ standpoint

Designed the interface concept in light and dark mode, utilizing Tailwind CSS for development efficiency

Developed screens for basic functionality for booking mentor time slots on the platforms.

Right now the design process is paused due to the lowered capacity of the startup founders, but the next steps I would be counting on are:

Expanding MVP functionality to include ratings and a thorough feedback system both for the coach and the student

Convenient user profile design to configure availability on the platform (not on a 3rd party side like Calendly)

Designing the live-coding page with an inline coding editor where the coach may give the student a technical task to work on
