Merchandise Design

As a freelance designer on the Jamba Team, I collaborated with another designer and copywriter to produce unique, t-shirt designs to be worn by new Jamba employees in stores in 2024.







The Process

For Round 1, the client wanted to see at least 10 merchandise concepts. Before designing any concepts, I worked with the other designer and copywriter to come up with a variety of ideas to choose from.

Inspiration



We came up with a variety of design concepts in different categories: Vintage / Retro, Line Drawings, Monochromatic, Typography-based



Round 1 + 2 Concepts

These are a few of the original concepts I created for Jamba. I created custom illustrations of the Jamba icons, incorporated their monochromatic mural, and took colors from their in-store mural. All designs use Jamba's brand fonts, Filson pro and Palmer Lake.



The Final Concepts

These were the final chosen concepts I created. Each layout includes different color versions.

*The original character illustrations are not my own. I created the final character designers by adjusting and recoloring vector illustrations to match each other, and ensure consistency with the Jamba brand.
