Condominiums and Mixed Use Buildings

Modeling and rendering condominiums and mixed use buildings is something I have been doing professionally for over six years. Investing in visuals is something every client needs to do, not just for marketing purposes, but so that potential future buyers and renters can better understand what the space looks like before they move in.

The AutoCAD drawing will be imported into SketchUp, the site plan and building created, later import the model to Twinmotion to add vegetation, vehicle, people, etc., and finished it Adobe Photoshop. Software can vary depending on the project.
