About the project --> Muddy Paws Training is a women owned dog training business committed to teaching dog owners positive ways of training and increasing life long bonds between pet and owner.

As the company began to grow and evolve, the need to improve the client experience and streamline functions on the site became vital. A process was then created to make exploring programs, scheduling trainer time, and adding on extras such as courses and leash products became seamless all while maintaining the brands identity.

Ensuring that the identity was simple, yet recognizable across platforms.

optimizing the website to include easy to access information through blog posts, courses, membership sign ups, and links to social media.

ensuring seo across the website through keyword research, alt image descriptions, and optimizing UI/UX (CTA buttons, menu optimization, and sales funnels).

For the brand's 'services' page, which offers more than just a straightforward list of training services, instead, we made the section a place where potential clients can be inspired and see what solutions are possible. The services are presented in a tiered format that is informative but also shows the value of higher packages , encouraging potential clients to book more sessions and work on more behaviors with their pets.

Emails were sent out weekly in newsletter updates, after purchase, and after initial contact.

The goal with all emails were for clients to open them and then click on thr CTA’s within the emails to go back onto the website or to social media. The strategy was to provide breadcrumbs of helpful or interesting information that encouraged people to keep reading.
