Kosovo Motorway Project - Route 7

• Security risk assessment of project operations and ensure cost effective protection of company assets.

• Develops physical security, emergency procedures, and personal protection plans, programs and criteria to respond to security conditions and incidents, and minimize risk of personal, physical or financial harm to project jobsites, permanent offices, or designated senior executives, their residences and families.

• Manage the project security department and ensure that security staff is competent to carry out their duties to protect company assets.

• Liaise with Kosovo Security Force (KSF) and NATO Forces (KFOR) for mine awareness and clearance of dangerous areas.

• Formulates specifications for contract security services, assists in evaluating contractor proposals, supervises, evaluate performance of contract requirements, manage the security guarding contract and ensure supervision of their operations.

• Ensure the correct investigation of reported security incidents in liaison with state police.

• Maintain liaison with local and government

• Generates reports for the project management board regarding any security topics

• Keep good relations among departments regarding security issues and work together to improve the overall security on site

• Perform daily security inspection on alignment and take a corrective action if necessary.
