QR sign family with packaging dielines

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.
I built a signage and packaging demo for two QR signs with a placeholder brand, sized as larger siblings of a placeholder tag through three ratio rules (corner radius 0.074 of width, mark band 18% of height, QR framed with the same radius). QR codes are sized for scan distance on a ten-times rule with a version 3 quiet zone: 50 mm on the table sign, 70 mm on the wall sign. Three directions cover both signs with masses and stability computed from nominal densities: the table signs tip at D1 50.5°, D2 36.8°, D3 41.2°, all above a 30° target. Direction D1 is finished: a 120×180 mm wall sign of 3 mm acrylic over 4 mm plywood on a magnetic rail fixed with stretch-release strips (139 g), and a 90×130 mm table sign whose steel plate brings the center of gravity to 28.8 mm (tips at 50.5°, not 37.3° without it). Outputs: two 1:1 mm production SVGs with cut, engrave, white underprint, two print colors, mounting and dimensions on separate layers, two reverse-tuck carton dielines with caliper allowance and inserts, two A5 EN + DE pictogram sheets, two to-scale mockups and 11 open questions for production.
