SaaS explainer storyboard and animatic

I drew a storyboard for a 45-second motion graphic explainer about a placeholder shift-swap SaaS product. The product is reduced to one line and 4 concept ideas; 11 panels (102 drawn elements) each carry timecode, shot, action, motion notes with timings and easing, transition, on-screen text and voice line, with on-screen text held under 3 words per second. Motion arrows and end positions sit on a separate annotation layer. A concept-by-panel matrix and a layer and motion handoff table go to the animator. Version 1 had 12 panels; 4 sample review notes from a creative director, an animator and a brand lead produced 6 recorded changes, and the spot still runs exactly 45 seconds. Every fill, stroke, text role and corner radius stays within the 7-color palette, 4 type roles and 3 radii. Each panel is a 1920×1080 layered vector file.
