I built a product launch edit demo for a placeholder tax-practice product, aimed at tax professionals and CPAs, without any client media: shots that would be client footage, product recordings or brand assets are labeled slots with clip IDs. 16 clips are logged into 4 bins with ratings, tags and selects. An eight-beat, 30-second story is checked against the bins and 2 beats are flagged as gaps with a named fix (a generated document-stack fill is made for one). Version 1 and version 2 are both cut, with 9 and 9 events (average shot length 3.33 s and 3.33 s); four placeholder notes are each resolved and checked by the build (product on screen by 9.5 s, a readable proof card with a source line, a 2 s static end card, music ducked -8 dB under the interview line). Music and sound design are synthesized by the build. The v2 edit is rendered at 24 fps to 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 H.264 and AAC files mixed to a -14 LUFS target and read back with ffprobe and an EBU R128 meter, and exported as a CMX 3600 EDL.
