The Problem:
VIIA needed a streamlined admin web app to manage drivers, passengers, trips, and overall platform activity efficiently. Their existing system lacked the necessary tools for easy administration, data tracking, and real-time user management.
My Approach:
I designed and developed an intuitive admin web app that provides the VIIA team with full control over platform operations. I focused on creating a clean, easy-to-navigate interface that allows admins to manage user data, monitor trips, and analyze real-time statistics. I also ensured the app was scalable to accommodate future growth and feature integrations.
The Solution:
The final product was a responsive and user-friendly admin dashboard that streamlined VIIA’s operations. It included features like trip management, user oversight, real-time data tracking, and analytics, allowing the team to run their platform smoothly. This solution enhanced their operational efficiency and helped them manage their growing user base with ease.
