Overview

Exit Advisors is an M&A advisory firm that helps business owners prepare for and sell their companies. I developed and executed demand generation initiatives across outbound prospecting, content marketing, events, email marketing, and website optimization to generate qualified opportunities and strengthen the firm's brand presence.

Challenge

The firm needed a scalable strategy to consistently attract business owners, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline with qualified leads.

Outbound Prospecting & Data Enrichment

Built targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and Clay, sourcing and enriching company and contact data to identify ideal business owners and decision-makers.
Segmented prospects by industry, company size, geography, and buyer profile to improve lead quality.
Supported outbound campaigns with accurate prospect data and lead qualification.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Managed the sales pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping leads organized, tracking sales activities, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
Worked closely with leadership to ensure prospects progressed efficiently through the sales funnel.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

Created LinkedIn content and educational marketing assets covering mergers & acquisitions, exit planning, and financial topics.
Wrote website copy, social media content, and marketing materials that translated complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content for business owners.
Maintained and optimized the company's Squarespace website to improve messaging and lead conversion.

Email Marketing

Produced and managed the firm's weekly newsletter, delivering educational content, company updates, and industry insights to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.

Event Marketing

Coordinated and supported in-person networking events, seminars, and educational workshops to generate new business relationships and increase brand visibility within the business community.
