WhatsApp CRM: Six Business Numbers, One Lead Pipeline

The problem

An events company took enquiries on six WhatsApp numbers. Follow-ups lived in people's heads, enquiries went unanswered after hours, and there was no shared view of which dates were already booked.

What I built

One pipeline for six WhatsApp Business numbers, built on a fork of the open-source OpenBSP platform running on Supabase.
A lead bot that asks the qualifying questions with WhatsApp list and button messages, then hands each lead to a human manager.
A shared inbox where managers pick up the conversation.
A dashboard with today's leads, follow-ups due, and a calendar of the four event slots per day with live booking status.
Seven n8n workflows: nudge silent leads, close stale ones, follow-up reminders, an evening brief of tomorrow's events for each manager, alerts for unanswered qualified leads, bot health checks, and a 15-day report.

How it is built

Supabase Postgres with row-level security and 18 edge functions; n8n, the dashboard and the inbox run on a VPS behind Traefik with TLS. An automated harness drives real conversations through the bot, and all seven scenarios pass.
