Filingo: SaaS Workspace and 25 Tools for CA Firms

Indian chartered accountant firms juggle GST, TDS, income-tax and ROC deadlines for every client, mostly in spreadsheets, and lean on one-off utilities for each file format the government portals produce.

Filingo is my own SaaS for CA firms: one subscription for the tools a practice uses every day.

25 live tools: TDS challan PDF to Excel, GSTR-2B and 26AS reconcilers, Tally Day Book to audit pack, Excel to Tally XML, ROC late fees and deadlines, and more. File tools run in the browser, so client PDFs and spreadsheets never leave the firm's machine.

Firm Desk: the client list and a monthly compliance board for GST, TDS, income-tax and ROC work, with an activity log of who marked what.

Fees: GST invoices in one consecutive series, receipts with TDS, outstanding by age, recurring fees and a UPI QR.

Notices: a notice register where AI reads a tax notice, fills the entry and drafts a reply.

Reports: a per-client compliance report on the firm's letterhead.

Validation: bulk GSTIN, PAN, TAN, CIN, DIN and LLPIN checks with the reason each one fails.

Next.js and TypeScript, Supabase with row-level security per firm, and Razorpay subscriptions. Every tool lives in one registry, so a new tool is a folder and a flag.
