I’ve been the primary email copywriter for this New York–based boutique for over a year. The brand sells elevated wardrobe essentials made from premium fabrics designed to make the wearer feel effortlessly chic and comfortable all day.

The client drew inspiration from brands like AYR and Jenni Kayne — both known for their concise, elevated, and experiential tone. But they also wanted to strike a balance: polished, but never stuffy. A little playful, but still refined.

Strategy: Keep email copy short and sweet. Highlight garment construction and focus on how each piece feels to wear.

Results: This email was advertising a sale on clearance items. The brand wanted to position those items as winter vacation-ready pieces. This email achieved a stellar 65.29% Open Rate and 4.07% Click Rate.
