Brief: My Chase Loan Social Media Debut
Audience: Our primary audience includes individuals planning weddings, whether they are engaged couples, their families, or wedding vendors. We are targeting those seeking financial solutions to cover wedding-related expenses, which often involve significant costs.
Problem: The challenge is that many people in the wedding planning process are unaware of the potential financial strain or don't have access to flexible payment options. This lack of awareness and financial flexibility can lead to stress and hinder the enjoyment of a once-in-a-lifetime event.
Solution:To address this issue, we conceptualized and executed the launch of 'Chase Loan,' a revolutionary Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product with weddings as one of its critical use cases. Our strategy was to use a wedding-inspired concept to captivate the audience's attention, create engagement, and generate awareness for this innovative financial offering. We aimed to position Chase Loan as the ideal solution to help couples and their families enjoy their special day without financial worries.
