BravaFootball is an app built with FlutterFlow and powered by Firebase.

It offers real-time detailed information on groups, standings, matches, and knockout stages. With over 3,000 downloads and 10 million data points accessed during the tournament, it’s a go-to resource for football fans.

The biggest challenge for the BravaFootball project was creating an app that delivered detailed and up-to-date information on the Brava tournament. This required providing real-time data on groups, standings, matches, and knockout stages for each category over the two weekends of the tournament.

The key challenge was to build a reliable, all-in-one app that not only provided information but also delivered a great user experience. This meant designing an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that allowed users to quickly find the relevant information.

The goal was to turn this app into the central hub of the Brava competition, becoming a reliable and engaging source for users. Ensuring the accuracy and real-time updates of the data was crucial to maintaining trust and keeping football fans engaged throughout the tournament.

The BravaFootball project began with a design in Figma, where the structure and desired user experience were sketched out. This phase helped visualize and fine-tune the interface before diving into app development.

The integration of FlutterFlow and Firebase became the core of the app, allowing for fast development and dynamic real-time data management.

Key features of the app include:

Group and Standings Overview: Users could access real-time, detailed information about the participating groups and standings during the tournament.

Match Schedule and Details: A comprehensive schedule was provided, displaying the match times, locations, and final scores after each game.

Real-Time Updates: Firebase synchronization ensured that data was constantly refreshed, providing users with instant updates throughout the tournament.

Intuitive Interface and Easy Navigation: The design, crafted in Figma, translated into an easy-to-use interface, allowing users to navigate seamlessly and quickly find the information they needed.

Alongside the development of the user app, an admin panel was created. This panel allowed admins to enter and update data instantly. From setting up matches, teams, groups, and knockout stages to making real-time updates during the tournament, the panel was essential for ensuring information remained accurate and up-to-date.

During the Brava tournament, this panel became an essential tool. As results and changes happened across the various fields, the staff could instantly update them in the app through the panel. This real-time updating feature was key to delivering an immersive and fully up-to-date experience for users throughout the event.

The results of BravaFootball were outstanding. Users were very pleased with the app, as shown by their satisfaction and the organizers' plans to relaunch and enhance it next year.

With over 3,000 downloads, the BravaFootball app became an essential tool for football fans during the four days of the tournament. Additionally, more than 10 million data reads were recorded in Firebase during this period, highlighting the high level of interaction and the demand for real-time information from users.

The app’s positive reception and impact guarantee its continued use and improvement for future editions of the tournament, establishing it as the go-to source of information and entertainment for Brava fans.
