This leads to confusion and missed updates, impacting overall satisfaction and efficiency.
There’s a need for a clearer, more streamlined presentation of transfer details.
Business Goals
Enhancing the clarity and reducing the cognitive load for users when viewing their transfer information.
Highlight necessary actions more effectively, ensuring that alerts are both usable and functioning efficiently.
Design Solutions
Consolidated the Overview, Activity, and Breakdown tabs into a single scroll for improved navigation.
Implemented a dynamic top banner to notify users of urgent actions
Provided editable options for payout frequency and bank details
Enabled users to view their complete transfer history
