In the early months of 2021, a client approached me on Wix, and requested a logo for her new wreath design business. She had no existing branding and after consultation of her goals and ambitions, she agreed that a strong branding guideline document was important. Eventually, after working with me to design her ideal logo, she requested that I design her whole brand identity and e-commerce website.

To begin with, I had a consultation call with her to discuss the ins and outs of her brand and business, establishing clear points to hit in our project. Once the plan had been made, I went on brand research for wreath designs in Dublin, noting the strength and weaknesses of her competitors. Alongside the logo design, I created a branding guidelines document, on which to guide the project. As I was located in Dublin at the time and had professional camera equipment, I helped film and photograph her inventory, and created branded advertisements for her socials. She hadn't had much experience with social media before, so I assisted her in the setup of her 3 pages and sent daily tutorials on best upkeep practices. Once she had a strong foundation with her branding through her socials, I designed her website with e-commerce functionality, giving her a platform to freely sell her products, with her lead generation coming from social media and at local markets.

In the months following the website delivery, I worked very closely with the client, providing support technically, and guiding her through this new business endeavor of hers. Statistically, she has shown amazing growth from conception to now, showing an average monthly sales increase of 32%, which based on her seasonal designs, is a great thing to see that not only is she busier every holiday but is keeping good sales during the non-holidays. As she paid me extra for a more complex SEO, she is now ranked at the top of google for most of her ideal keywords.
