How do you turn curiosity into direct bookings at a high-end hotel?
For this project, I led the end-to-end strategy and execution of a lead generation campaign tailored to the luxuryhospitalitymarket. The goal was to attract qualified prospects—travelers seeking unique experiences, and event planners searching for premium venues—and convert them through a streamlined digital funnel.
Here’s how I approached the project:
1. I defined the campaign goals The focus was clear: generate high-quality leads for exclusive stays, weddings, and corporate events—while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning.
2. I identified the audience I targeted affluent international travelers, couples planning destination weddings, and event organizers—using behavioral insights, location data, and travel intent signals.
3. I crafted the value offer To attract leads, I created a compelling incentive: a downloadable luxury travel guide and limited-time upgrades for direct bookings.
4. I designed the landing page The page reflected the hotel’s elegance, with a minimalist layout, striking imagery, and a short, focused form—fully responsive for mobile users.
5. I launched targeted ad campaigns Using Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and Google Ads, I created segmented campaigns for each audience type, highlighting relevant experiences and offers.
6. I set up automation flows I integrated the lead capture with the hotel’s CRM and built email sequences that delivered personalized content, exclusive offers, and follow-up reminders.
7. I monitored and optimized Based on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, form completion rate), I adjusted visuals, messaging, and targeting to improve efficiency throughout the campaign.
8. I followed up with high-interest leads For users showing strong intent, I coordinated tailored responses from the hotel’s team to move the conversation toward confirmed bookings.
Results
Lead conversion rate: 10.2% (well above industry average for luxury travel)

Reflection & Outcome
This project proved how powerful a focused digital funnel can be—even for premium services where trust and brand experience are critical. Working on a luxury brand challenged me to be even more intentional with tone, visuals, and targeting.
