Agence Mission Control

A 24 Agentic Software Due Diligence Platform for Production-Ready AI Software

Overview

Agence Mission Control is a high-fidelity UI/UX prototype that reimagines software due diligence through an agentic engineering workflow. As AI coding tools enable founders to build applications faster than ever, many products appear complete while still overlooking critical engineering requirements needed for production.
Rather than relying on static checklists or lengthy technical reports, this concept introduces an ecosystem of specialized AI engineering agents that collaborate to evaluate every layer of a software product—from architecture and security to AI safety, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment readiness.
Designed in Wonder for the Wonder × Contra Challenge, this prototype visualizes how software engineering reviews could become interactive, transparent, and founder-friendly.

The Problem

Building software has never been faster.
With modern AI coding assistants, founders can generate applications in hours instead of weeks. While these tools dramatically accelerate development, they rarely evaluate whether the resulting product is actually ready for production.
Critical areas such as authentication, payment integrity, infrastructure resilience, monitoring, AI safety, API security, performance optimization, and deployment strategy are often left unverified.
The result is software that looks complete but hasn't undergone a comprehensive engineering review.

The Solution

Agence Mission Control transforms software due diligence into a collaborative review performed by 24 specialized engineering agents.
Each agent represents a senior engineering discipline responsible for evaluating one critical area of the product. Rather than overwhelming users with technical documentation, the platform presents findings through an intuitive enterprise dashboard that highlights risks, recommendations, engineering health, and overall production readiness.
The experience is designed to help founders understand what needs attention before shipping, while giving engineering teams a structured framework for software evaluation.

The Agentic Framework

At the core of the platform is a 24-Agent Engineering Framework.
Each AI agent specializes in a single engineering domain and performs an independent review before contributing its findings to the overall assessment.
The framework includes specialists responsible for:
Surface Reconnaissance
System Architecture
Operational Readiness
Database & APIs
Product Experience
Infrastructure & DevOps
Code Quality
AI Systems
Security
Reliability & Site Engineering
Cross-Platform Compatibility
Accessibility & Compliance
Testing & Quality Assurance
Data Engineering
Performance Optimization
Developer Experience
Open Source Governance
FinOps
Product Analytics
Payment Integrity
Authentication & Identity
Observability
Third-Party Integrations
Launch Readiness
Rather than functioning as isolated audits, these agents collaborate to build a complete engineering picture of the product before deployment.

Mission Control Dashboard

The dashboard acts as the command center of the platform.
It provides a real-time overview of the software's engineering health, including:
Overall Production Readiness Score
Critical Issues
High-Risk Components
Active Engineering Reviews
Agent Status
Audit Progress
Engineering Recommendations
Instead of manually navigating technical documents, users can immediately identify which engineering areas require attention and drill into detailed findings generated by each specialist agent.

Engineering Agent Workspace

Each engineering agent has its own dedicated workspace where findings are presented in a structured manner.
Every agent analyzes its assigned engineering domain, identifies potential risks, explains why they matter, assigns a severity level, and proposes practical recommendations for improvement.
This creates the experience of working alongside a multidisciplinary engineering team rather than reviewing a static checklist.

Executive Report

After all engineering agents complete their evaluations, their findings are consolidated into a comprehensive Software Due Diligence Report.
The report summarizes:
Overall Engineering Score
Production Readiness Assessment
Critical Risks
Security Findings
Infrastructure Health
AI System Evaluation
Performance Review
Recommended Engineering Actions
Deployment Readiness
The objective is to give founders, engineering managers, and stakeholders a clear understanding of the software's current state before launch.

Current Scope

This project is currently a high-fidelity UI/UX prototype designed entirely in Wonder to explore the product vision and user experience.
The backend infrastructure, agent orchestration engine, autonomous reasoning workflows, engineering evaluation logic, and report generation pipeline have not yet been implemented.
The current prototype focuses on validating the interaction model, dashboard experience, and agent-driven workflow.

Future Development

The long-term vision is to evolve Agent Mission Control into a fully functional Agentic AI platform.
The production system will orchestrate all 24 engineering agents through a backend multi-agent architecture capable of autonomously analyzing repositories, infrastructure, APIs, AI systems, and deployment pipelines.
Each agent will generate structured findings, collaborate with other specialists, and contribute to a unified engineering assessment powered by AI reasoning and automated software analysis.

Conclusion

Agent Mission Control explores a simple idea:
What if every AI-generated software product had to pass an engineering review before it could be considered production-ready?
By combining thoughtful product design with an agentic engineering framework, this concept demonstrates how complex software due diligence can become intuitive, collaborative, and accessible through AI-powered engineering specialists.
