The fast growing pharmaceutical company needed a common spot to centralize and communicate all the benefits it can offer to their workers. At the same time the company needed to offer a sweet onboarding for new workers for becoming part of the family as well as to offer relevant HR information as payrolls, organization charts, services and news. The challenge was to transmit company values on an integrated digital product.

My role on the project was as UX/UI Product Designer.

The main contribution to the project was to translate company values and needs in a dynamic and eye catching way.

Some of the tasks and the process I performed:

• Analysis of company processes, environment and information categories.

• Definition of site map and product architecture.

• Wireframing, test and iteration of the product with users and stakeholders.

• Icon design.

• Design of the product and interactive prototyping.

• UX design

• UI design

• Transforming off-line guidelines into a digital design system creation

• Sharing assets with developers.

With the final multi-device web app, the company could share properly their modern and charming philosophy. At the same time they could manage the corporate, HR and help information in the same place, achieving an aligned, updated and committed community.
