Next-Gen Wealth Platform: New Account Opening

This project was part of BNY Pershing's initiative to integrate its platforms into a single solution, Wove, with a focus on enhancing the New Account Opening (NAO) process. The aim was to improve user experience, streamline workflows, and deliver an advanced platform for financial professionals and investors.

The existing NAO process was fragmented, leading to inefficiencies. The challenge was to develop a seamless and integrated system that aligned with Wove's vision.

I applied my expertise in UX design and system integration to streamline the NAO process. I designed intuitive interfaces and aligned workflows for NAO and Move Asset features, ensuring they met Wove's strategic goals.

The project is currently in its validation phase. This phase aims to ensure the new system effectively meets user needs and enhances operational efficiency.
