I designed a disease management mobile and web application. I took the project from the ideation phase, drafted mockups, and created interactive prototypes.
A comprehensive disease management and tracking system, seamlessly bridging both mobile and web applications, with the overarching goal of making a significant difference in patient care.
Context:
I worked closely with the client partner to design a disease management mobile and web application. I took the project from the ideation phase, drafted low and high fidelity mockups for review, organized information architecture, created interactive prototypes, helped launch MVP, and conducted maintenance.
