I designed an 11-part AI workflow governance kit to make hidden AI use visible, map data and tool flows, and separate routine automation from decisions that require human judgment. The package includes practical instruments for workflow inventory, risk classification, endpoint review, staff interviews, evidence tracking, and executive reporting. This is a self-produced toolkit designed for real operational environments.
