Redesigning YoPrint’s customer portal dashboard was about more than a visual refresh, it was about turning a cluttered, outdated interface into a focused, next-generation workspace where print shop customers can manage their orders with clarity and confidence. The result is a dashboard that feels modern, intuitive, and genuinely helpful in the day-to-day realities of running print jobs.

Goal & Challenge:
YoPrint needed a customer portal that matched its promise as a next-generation print shop management tool: fast to scan, easy to navigate, and built around real customer tasks. The original dashboard was crowded, hard to read, and inconsistent, forcing users to hunt for basics like order status, invoices, or artwork approvals instead of seeing what mattered at a glance.
Solution:
The new dashboard is designed around action, not clutter, putting critical tasks like tracking orders, approving artwork, and managing invoices front and center so customers always know what to do next. Clear information hierarchy, consistent navigation, and a refreshed visual language work together to reduce cognitive load, speed up decision-making, and create a polished, brand-aligned experience that feels both professional and effortless to use.
