The Authority WWE Wiki Project

The project's core aim was to revamp the internal system of a wiki, which contains a repository of information, videos, and photographic content about all the past and present WWE wrestlers.

The initial process was challenging due to the outdated and user-unfriendly interface of the previous version. Also, we encountered technical difficulties in showing specific information according to the design. However, we overcame these obstacles by devising an effective solution.

We successfully implemented a modern, visually appealing interface to search the wrestlers' internal information efficiently. We were also fortunate to have access to their high-quality photographic content.

As the sole designer in a small group, my role in the project was to identify and resolve issues related to the system's user experience and graphical interface. This involved a deep understanding of technical details and the ability to analyze and optimize the design to ensure efficient functionality. The work was challenging but ultimately rewarding as we delivered a high-quality product that met the needs of our users.

Our primary goal was to offer accurate data and visuals that adhere to brand guidelines for both internal communication and external partners.

It is a clear and concise description of the issues to be addressed. It centers and focuses the team from the beginning so they stay focused. Understanding the problem well before defining a possible solution is extremely important. Articulating the issue you are trying to solve helps analyze what is known about it and where the knowledge gaps are.

I conducted a workshop with everyone, using their expertise to identify end-user needs, patterns, and pain points that must be resolved within a Figjam board.

Our research suggests optimizing search services with an intelligent search engine. One that delivers results by helping the user identify their search and refining their search results in the categories they appear in.
