I designed a high-conversion 3-step onboarding funnel that integrated mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure all vital records were protected from the first interaction. By mapping the verification flow, I ensured that security steps felt like "progress" rather than "friction," directly impacting user retention during the critical setup phase.

Operational UX: I developed the subfolder and file-organization logic, allowing users to categorize sensitive documents (ID, Legal, Financial) within a secure, encrypted hierarchy.

Beyond the "Happy Path": I designed comprehensive error states and user-facing messages to guide users through technical hurdles without compromising the security of the vault.
