About Tripture

Tripture is brand which offers luxury getaway at various locations in south India such as Coorg, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur, Bangalore, Ooty and other similar places. Brand is setting out on a new venture in having people invest in such luxury properties and provide them with a certain rental yield.

Objective of Landing page

There were a lot of things that Tripture wanted to accomplish through creation of the landing page ‐
Create awareness among people about such a concept and generate leads for the relationship manager.
Build trust with a new brand in the market.
Showcase ease of process in owning a property.
Helping people discover multiple locations where they can own a luxury home.
Understanding the market sentiment towards pricing at different levels and understanding market demand for different price levels.

Conveying multiple value proposition in carousel ‐ Affordability, Rental Yield benefit, Zero maintenance.
Generating interest through social proof.
Removing fear of owning with strangers and compliance issues.

Generating interest by showing what all amenities they will get with owning the property.
Business requires a minimum of 5 years of partnership to grow. Showing compounding benefits of staying in long partnership with the business.
Easing the fear of liquidity once invested.
Increasing their ability to own by providing various ways of getting financed ‐ getting loan approval, finding best budget, finding loan limit.
Most people are generally interested in owning a residential or commercial property. Using comparison as anchor to elevate the value perception of luxury property owning.
