The challenge was to create a series of social ads which drove desirability and urgency to buy Cadbury Creme Eggs through brand engagement. Each ad had to be captivating as it transitioned seamlessly between various slides of text.
SOLUTION
I created a bespoke glitch effect which could be adapted for each transition so that every second of the ad felt fresh. The glitch effect was comprised of different distortion layers for larger blockier glitches, smaller pixelated glitches, and even tiny flickering glitches; together they formed a cohesive glitch effect system.
