Beavertown - The Enigma Case Study

CHALLENGE

The challenge was to produce a case study video for "The Beavertown Enigma"; a influencer-led social media campaign to increase brand awareness. The feel of the case study had to be scarey to match the UGC content, like a thriller movie.

SOLUTION

I used old VCR distortion effects to transition between scenes. I used two fonts for the main title ("shlop regular" and "shlop shloppy"), which I spliced together to create an interesting, glitching title frame. Then I posterized the time on several shots to create some lagging movement.
