La Lola Menorca started opening plans in 2020 and quickly contacted me to help with the budgeting strategy and marketing plan. I worked closely with the owner and local suppliers negotiating and helping with translations in Spanish. With a background in hospitality management and previous experience opening 2 different businesses I was able to support with business planning for a first time restaurant owner.
