Oversaw the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including formulation, packaging design, and regulatory compliance.
Business Strategy and Operations:
Developed and executed a comprehensive business strategy to establish Daadhi Mooch as a leading men's grooming brand.
Managed end-to-end operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
Established a robust distribution network, securing placements in over 350+ retail outlets across Pune and Mumbai.
Successfully launched the brand on major e-commerce platforms, driving online sales and brand visibility.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborated with creative agencies to develop impactful branding and marketing campaigns.
Managed digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
Utilized data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.
Through strategic planning, innovative product development, and effective marketing, Daadhi Mooch achieved significant growth and market penetration. The successful exit of the business in December 2022 marked a significant milestone in my entrepreneurial journey.
