GM Music, a Victor Harbor-based music school, was looking to revitalise its brand and build a cohesive visual identity across its marketing channels. The goal was to communicate the school’s passion for personalised, student-centered music education while maintaining a professional and inviting look that appeals to both parents and students.
GM Music offers a wide range of services, from individual instrument lessons to songwriting, music theory, and performance preparation. The branding needed to reflect the diverse offerings and position GM Music as a modern, approachable, and high-quality music education provider.

Challenges

Create a recognisable and versatile logo that communicates musical excellence.
Design promotional materials such as flyers that appeal to various age groups, while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
Develop a cohesive web design that showcases GM Music’s services, encourages engagement, and provides easy access to key information such as lesson schedules and contact details.

Solution

1. Logo Design - We designed a logo that embodies GM Music’s core values — creativity, passion, and personalised learning. The logo incorporates musical elements, using clean lines and balanced typography to ensure versatility across print and digital platforms. The final design communicates a sense of professionalism while remaining approachable to young learners and their families.
2. Flyer Design - The flyer design needed to serve as a key tool for local marketing, aimed at driving both parents and students to inquire about lessons. We designed a clear, visually appealing flyer that highlights the key services offered by GM Music, such as instrument lessons, music theory training, and performance readiness. The layout focuses on simplicity, using large, engaging visuals, complemented by short, impactful text to convey essential information.
3. Web Design (Branding) - For the website, we created a visually cohesive design that aligns with GM Music's new brand identity. The website layout is user-friendly and designed to guide visitors through important sections such as lesson offerings, pricing, testimonials, and a contact form for inquiries.
