The existing solutions were insufficient in streamlining operations, leading to inefficiencies such as unmanaged supply levels, complex maintenance needs, and an over-reliance on on-site support. Konica Minolta envisioned a platform that would provide their clients with real-time insights into printer statuses, streamline operations, and improve overall productivity.

In collaboration with Konica Minolta, we developed PrintMaster in under three weeks, a powerful app designed to allow businesses to oversee and manage their corporate printer networks with ease. The app integrates a user-friendly dashboard with real-time status updates, maintenance alerts, and supply-level tracking to empower clients with the data they need to ensure optimal printer performance. We used FlutterFlow and Supabase to move quickly and build something they could use.

To improve the way businesses manage their printing infrastructure, PrintMaster offers a suite of features designed to provide real-time insights, streamline operations, and reduce downtime. 1. Real-Time Printer Management - PrintMaster provides a live overview of each printer’s status, including key information such as:
