At Searchality, I have served as the Design Lead, focusing on building the future of school hiring. My role involved optimizing the hiring process for schools and teachers through user-centric product design. Over the past two years, I led the design team in developing a comprehensive platform, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and iterating designs based on feedback. I worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively addressed user needs and streamlined the hiring process, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
