As the lead product designer, I redesigned Circles Ascend — the onboarding and team management module of the Circles HRMS suite. I focused on navigation clarity, actionable dashboards, and module-specific UX improvements across onboarding, content authoring, billing, user management, and reporting.
The Problem:
Confusing Navigation: Switching between modules and accessing org-level insights was unintuitive.
Inefficient Dashboards: Key actions and insights were buried or missing, leading to delays in workflow.
Module Usability Gaps: Existing modules were inconsistent in logic, structure, and design.
The Solution:
Reimagined Navigation: I introduced a cleaner, centralized layout with persistent access to organization-level data, and made product switching frictionless.
