What I Did: Led product design for key parts of NewRA — an AI workspace that helpsteams train and deploy private AI copilots. I focused on simplifying UX around the app marketplace, app installation and updates, and the AI knowledge base setup/configuration.

The app store experience felt technical and overwhelming for non-technical users.

Installation and update flows lacked clarity, causing drop-offs.

Knowledge base training/configuration was powerful, but hard to navigate.

App Marketplace: I restructured the UI and layout to make browsing and understanding app capabilities faster and more intuitive.

Install & Updates: Created clear, frictionless flows with feedback states and smart defaults to reduce confusion.

AI Knowledge Base Setup: Simplified the training journey with progressive disclosure and guided UX, so users could onboard data sources without guessing.
