Today Zakynthos and Corfu are among the most popular islands in Greece, but in the Ionian Sea there are plenty of other beautiful islands less visited by tourists. So the islands’ committee was looking for ways to inspire travellers to explore all the region has to offer.
One thing all the islands have in common is they were the backdrop to Odysseus’ long journey back home. The campaign targeted young adult travellers with posters that mimicked Instagram’s “stories” feature and played off the modern use of the word “epic”.
