Marketing Strategy | Facebook Receivables Financing Program

I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the Facebook Receivable Financing pilot program, aimed at supporting minority and women-owned businesses facing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Working closely with the Facebook Supplier Diversity team, I leveraged my expertise in email marketing to develop and implement a highly effective email drip campaign to nurture customers in the sales/marketing funnel. This campaign involved crafting engaging email copy that resonated with our target audience, designed visually-appealing graphics, and producing HTML emails to promote and support the program.
Our email drip campaign played a crucial role in raising awareness about the Facebook Receivables Financing pilot program and encouraging eligible businesses to apply for the program to receive much-needed financial support during the challenging times. By leveraging targeted email marketing strategies, we successfully connected with our audience and supported the growth and success of minority and women-owned businesses.

Results

Developed a 6-week email marketing campaign to announce the launch of the program and nurtured customers to complete the onboarding application
Successfully onboarded 150+ businesses within the first 90 days
Funded $78M in small business invoices and over 4K+ invoices paid within 24-48 hours
