Write an email from BackMarket in their signature tone of voice that either:

A) notifies a user that they left something in their basket / OR viewed an item 

or

B) Confirms that their order has been placed

I studied some examples of their email and website copy in order to get a feel for Back Market’s TOV.  I also took a look at some of the company’s values, which in this case was helping the environment through refurbished technology.

I wrote up some email copy that puts emphasis on saving the environment by saving money on technology.
